Leaders who thrive under pressure

Psychologically intelligent leadership programmes for organisations navigating growth, pressure and change

Develop the ability to remain centered internally while fully engaged externally

Unshakable calm in chaos

There is a 2000 year old Indian parable that my grandmother told me as a child that comes to mind when I think about leadership.

A young disciple approached their guru, seeking the secret to navigating a world filled with endless distractions. Instead of delivering a lecture, the guru handed the student a bowl filled to the brim with water. "Carry this across the crowded village marketplace," the guru said. "Return to me without spilling a single drop."

Terrified of failing, the student locked their eyes onto the bowl, blocking out the entire world. Hours later, the student returned, triumphantly holding the perfectly full bowl.

"Excellent," the guru said. "Now tell me, what did you see? Did you notice the shops, the crowd, the vibrant colours? Did you hear the vendors or the musicians?"

The student hung their head. "No, Master. I was so focused on the spoon that I saw and heard nothing else."

The guru smiled gently. "Go back. This time, appreciate the wonders of the marketplace, but still, do not spill the water."

Sustainable performance starts beneath the surface

When organisations experience strategic or cultural friction, they often mistake it for a "workflow problem". They deploy tactical, operational "plasters" that treat the surface symptoms but leave the root cause unaddressed.

- I have seen companies implement complex project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) or creating mandatory status dashboards when customers complain about project delays.

- When employees complain that their calendars are full, I have seen "No-Meeting Fridays" or dictating strict 15-minute meeting limits.

- Companies start investing heavily  in corporate restructuring or adopting a brand-new operational framework (a strict Agile or OKR system) when they realise that teams are working in silos or repeatedly missing targets.

Leadership development needs to go deeper than strategy alone. It calls for deeper work at a human level.

Programmes

Fees: £1,440 for 6 participants. £240 for every additional participant, for a one 2 hour workshop.

Seven Streams deliver in-person or online leadership workshops that are practical, psychologically informed and immersive. We propose quarterly workshops for results that are sustainable. One-off workshops are equally supported.

1. Leading Through Uncertainty

Helps leaders improve clarity, focus, resilience and decision-making under pressure

When uncertainty rises, leadership pressure spreads quickly through organisations.

This programme helps leaders remain calm, adaptable and psychologically steady during periods of pressure, change and rapid growth.

Leaders learn how to think more clearly under pressure, communicate more effectively and create healthier, more resilient teams.

Every leader leaves with: a 1-page 'Pressure Decision Protocol' and a personal 'Calm Anchor' technique."

Ideal for: Senior leaders, managers, founders and leadership teams navigating growth, pressure or organisational change.

2. Unlearn: Aligning culture with strategy

Helps organisations identify the habits, behaviours and patterns that no longer support where the business is trying to go

As organisations grow, old behaviours often become invisible barriers to progress.

Unlearn™ helps leaders and teams identify the habits, communication patterns and cultural dynamics that no longer support where the organisation is trying to go.

The result is greater alignment, adaptability and healthier performance across teams.

"In this 2-hour session, your team will identify and map its top 3 cultural 'Energy Vampires' and create a 30-day action plan to neutralise one of them."

Ideal for: Growing organisations experiencing cultural growing pains, leadership inconsistency or resistance to change.

Leadership training

Let's face it. Leadership is emotionally demanding!

The average age of CEOs in the FTSE 100 is 55 years. By this age, leaders might have ageing parents, difficult relationships, children, changing bodies and the never ending stress of their role. Senior leaders are constantly juggling competing priorities and that relentless pace can often lead to overwhelm and decision fatigue.

The demands of a senior role also lead to a blurring of personal and professional boundaries. This affects not only productivity but also overall well-being and satisfaction. Based on my work with senior professionals, having a trusted advisor who can provide objective, strategic guidance and empathetic support is rare!

Through my structured, psychology-informed approach, I provide leaders the tools to maintain focus, prioritise effectively, and lead with intention. My aim is to help leaders  break out of the cycle of burnout and rediscover purpose and passion in their roles, allowing them to achieve professional success and personal satisfaction.

3. Strategic sounding board for your CXOs

Weekly one-on one sessions for your top 3-5 senior leaders. Clinical-grade tools. Business focus.

These are weekly sessions are a neutral sounding board for leaders to discuss their concerns, problems and find their Zen. I use a combination of CBT techniques, mindfulness, hypnosis and several elements of psychotherapy to help clients become happy leaders.

Ideal for: Senior leaders, managers and founders in high pressure roles

Fees: £240 per hour for 1-1 sessions done remotely or £340 for in person sessions.
