Hi, I’m Chinmai Gupta — Therapist, Facilitator and Performance Growth Strategist

I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams and organisations through dynamic environments for over 15 years. I combine my business skills with my background in psychology as a Performance Strategist, to help teams thrive in challenging environments.

My philosophy is simple. If there is a problem, let’s try to fix it. My superpower is to be able to quickly identify patterns of thinking and behaving that don't serve a purpose and I have the expertise and tools to help people change them.

I help forward-thinking organisations build stronger, calmer, more emotionally intelligent teams, using a unique mix of performance psychology, cognitive science, and practical therapeutic tools.

How are your services different from standard coaching?

Are these sessions in person or online?

We're happy to do a blend of in person and online or either-or based on team size and your needs. 

How many sessions will we need?

Each package is typically delivered in 3-5 hours. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate after the initial session.
