Hi, I’m Chinmai Gupta — Therapist, Facilitator and Performance Growth Strategist
I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams and organisations through dynamic environments for over 15 years. I combine my business skills with my background in psychology as a Performance Strategist, to help teams thrive in challenging environments.
My philosophy is simple. If there is a problem, let’s try to fix it. My superpower is to be able to quickly identify patterns of thinking and behaving that don't serve a purpose and I have the expertise and tools to help people change them.
